I have many years' experience teaching French, Spanish and English in secondary state education and private language schools (English). I have also worked as a private tutor since 2012, helping students prepare for public examinations (GCSE, IGCSE, A Level). Since 2012, I have completed a number of contracts marking GCSE examinations (French and Spanish) for AQA, Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge International Assessment. In addition to my teaching work, I have translated documents for a range of international organisations including UN Women, UNESCO, the Global Fund and the International Criminal Court.

I have 13 years' cumulative experience of teaching in secondary state schools in the UK. In my teaching roles I have taught English Language, English Literature, French and Spanish. I also have many years' experience as a private tutor, helping learners prepare for language examinations. I have taught at many English Language summer camps in the UK and have taught English for business, general and academic purposes to adults in London.

I am able to offer French, Spanish and English lessons to students at all levels from beginner to advanced. I specialise in teaching English for academic and business purposes and in exam preparation. My lessons are learner centred and I adapt my teaching methods to my learner's needs and preferences. I deliver structured lessons which usually include some form of input in order to progress the learner's skills and knowledge. I also provide opportunities for structured and freer practice and give feedback which helps the learner develop and improve.
