Axiom Academic places fundamental importance on protecting the privacy of families, students and visitors to our website.
This policy explains what personal data is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, with whom it is shared, and what your rights are. It applies to www.axiom-academic.com and all its subdomains related to academic tutoring and guidance activities.
Data Controllers
The website www.axiom-academic.com is operated by two distinct legal entities, each acting as a data controller for its geographical scope:
AxEd Middle East LLC, a limited liability company registered under number 2220791.01, with its registered office at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This entity is the data controller for operations carried out in the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf countries.
AxEd INTL Pte. Ltd., an exempt private company limited by shares registered under number 202438969N, with its registered office at 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422. This entity is the data controller for operations carried out in Singapore, Southeast Asia and everywhere else in the world, except the United Arab Emirates.
Both entities operate together under the commercial brand Axiom Academic.
Personal Data Collected
Axiom Academic collects the following categories of data, depending on your interaction with the website:
Identification and Contact Data
First name, last name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp), country and city of residence.
Student-Related Data
When a parent fills out a form for their child: school level, programme followed (French, IB, British, CNED), subjects concerned, schooling type, desired course format.
Browsing and Technical Data
IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, traffic source, data from cookies (see dedicated section).
Communication Data
Exchanges by email, WhatsApp, messages left via contact or callback request forms.
Payment Data
When you book and pay for a lesson, payment data is collected and processed directly by our provider Stripe. Axiom Academic does not store any banking data on its servers.

Transfers Outside the European Union
Some data is transferred to countries located outside the European Union (notably the United States, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, United Kingdom). These transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR: adequacy decisions of the European Commission where they exist, standard contractual clauses, or adherence to the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) for certified American processors.
Axiom Academic does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention Period
Your personal data is not kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Prospects (information requests that did not result in a contract): 3 years from the last contact.
- Customers (families who have subscribed to at least one course): 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship.
- Accounting and invoicing data: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Browsing data and cookies: 13 months maximum.
- Newsletter subscribers: until consent is withdrawn.
At the end of these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised for statistical purposes.
Data Security
Axiom Academic implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. These measures include in particular:
- Encryption of communications via HTTPS / TLS
- Cryptographic hashing of sensitive data
