Bonjour ! Je m'appelle Giovanni, j'ai 19 ans et je vis et étudie actuellement en Écosse. Je suis actuellement en troisième année à l'Université de Glasgow, où j'étudie l'ingénierie mécanique et aéronautique. Je suis né italien, mais j'ai fréquenté une école internationale (l'École Américaine de Milan) toute ma vie. J'ai terminé mes études secondaires en obtenant à la fois le diplôme de l'IB et le diplôme de l'École Américaine. J'aime essayer différents nouveaux sports comme le Frisbee Ultimate et le Trampoline, et je participe à différents clubs sportifs de mon université. J'apprécie l'enseignement sous toutes ses formes, que ce soit aider un ami à étudier ou du tutorat en bonne et due forme, car je trouve que c'est une merveilleuse façon d'aider les autres.

HI! My name is Giovanni I’m a 19 year old who currently lives and studies in Scotland. Currently, I’m a third year at the University of Glasgow studying mechanical and aeronautical engineering. I was born Italian, but I have attended and international school (American School of Milan) for my entire life. I have concluded my secondary studies obtaining both the IB diploma and The American School Diploma. I like to try different new sports such as Ultimate Frisbee and Trampoline, and I'm involved in different sport clubs at my University. I enjoy teaching in all its aspects from helping a friend study to proper tutoring, as I find it a wonderful way to help other people

J'ai travaillé en tant que tuteur indépendant, après que mon professeur de physique m'ait recommandé à d'autres familles de l'école. J'ai enseigné les mathématiques et la physique au niveau IB.

I have worked as a self employed tutor, After my physics professor reccomended me to other families in the school. I Have taught both Math and Physics a an IB level.

En plus de mes qualifications du secondaire, j'ai également été inscrit sur la liste d'excellence en ingénierie de mon université (l'Université de Glasgow), preuve de mes excellents résultats académiques. Je suis particulièrement qualifié pour donner des cours de physique, mathématiques et histoire au niveau IB, où j'ai obtenu respectivement 7, 6 et 6 à l'IB. Cependant, je suis également heureux d'enseigner les mêmes matières dans d'autres cursus comme les A-Levels. Pendant mon temps libre, je fais du bénévolat en tant qu'entraîneur de trampoline, et cette expérience m'a appris à garder une approche flexible et adaptable de l'enseignement. J'aime fixer des objectifs, puis travailler ensemble avec l'élève pour les atteindre. Je suis également un grand adepte du dialogue et de la décision commune sur les approches et méthodes qui fonctionnent le mieux. Ma méthode d'enseignement dépend des besoins de l'élève : que ce soit une aide pour des questions d'exercice plus difficiles, ou pour parcourir ensemble des concepts. J'aime laisser les élèves essayer d'abord par eux-mêmes, puis intervenir pour aider et corriger leur démarche.

In addition to my secondary schoold qualifications, I was also included in the engineering list of excellence of my university (The University of Glasgow) as a testament to my high academic achievements. I'm best suited for tutoring IB level Physics, Math, and History Where I obtained 7,6,6 in the IB respectively. However, I'm also happy to teach the same subjects in other curriclums such as A-levels. In my free time I volunteer as a Trampoline coach and this experience has taught me how to keep a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching. I like to set goals and then work together with the student to achieve them. I am also a big fan of talking things through and deciding together which approaches and methods are working best. My method of Instruction depends on the need of the student: whether it is help with harder practice questions, or going together through concepts. I both I like to let students first try it out on their own and then step in to help and correct their processes.
