Hello! My name is Nathan, I am 23 years old. My academic background reflects Singapore itself: a blend of French rigor and local technical excellence. After completing my schooling at the IFS up to Year 11 (Seconde) and obtaining my Brevet, I joined the Singaporean system where I earned my O-Levels, then a diploma in Engineering and Entrepreneurship at Singapore Polytechnic.

After my military service, I joined the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) for a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, where I am currently in my 2nd year. This dual educational background allows me to fully understand the expectations of the French curriculum while mastering the highly effective problem solving methods of the Singaporean system.

Passionate about aeronautics, space technology, and computer science, I enjoy sharing this enthusiasm for science and showing students that mathematics is above all a creative tool for building the future.

Bonjour ! Je m’appelle Nathan, j’ai 23 ans. Mon parcours académique est à l’image de Singapour : un mélange de rigueur française et d’excellence technique locale. Après avoir effectué ma scolarité à l’IFS jusqu’en seconde (Brevet en poche), j'ai intégré le système singapourien où j'ai obtenu mon O-Level, puis un diplôme en Ingénierie et Entrepreneuriat à Singapore Polytechnic.

Après mon service militaire, j’ai intégré la Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) en Bachelor d’Ingénierie, où je suis actuellement en 2ème année. Cette double culture éducative me permet de comprendre parfaitement les attentes du programme français tout en maîtrisant les méthodes de résolution de problèmes très efficaces du système singapourien.

Passionné par l'aéronautique, les technologies spatiales et l’informatique, j’aime transmettre cet enthousiasme pour les sciences et montrer aux élèves que les mathématiques sont avant tout un outil créatif pour construire l'avenir.

I have been teaching and mentoring since middle school, which has allowed me to develop great patience and a natural teaching approach:
✅ Long term mentoring: Supporting classmates and middle school students since Year 7 (Sixième) in all scientific subjects.
✅ Private tutoring in Science: Recent experience with a Primary 5 student (equivalent to CM2) to strengthen their scientific foundations within the local system.
✅ Peer academic support: Helping classmates at SUTD revise, simplifying complex engineering concepts.

J’enseigne et je mentor depuis mon entrée au collège, ce qui m’a permis de développer une grande patience et une pédagogie naturelle :
✅ Mentorat longue durée : Accompagnement de camarades et de collégiens depuis la 6ème dans toutes les matières scientifiques.
✅ Cours particuliers en Sciences : Expérience récente avec un élève en Primary 5 (équivalent CM2) pour renforcer ses bases scientifiques dans le système local.
✅ Soutien académique entre pairs : Aide à la révision pour mes camarades de promotion à SUTD, simplifiant des concepts d'ingénierie complexes.

• As a student at SUTD, a university focused on design and technical projects, I apply a concrete and interactive teaching method:
• Project based approach: I help students visualize physics or math concepts through real world examples (aeronautics, programming, mechanics).
• Mastery of both systems: I can explain a concept using the French method from the IFS or the Singaporean logic (more visual and focused on problem solving), depending on what resonates best with the student.
• Adaptability: From early science education in primary school (Primary 5/CM2) to the rigor of Terminale specialties, I adjust my pace to overcome blockages and rebuild confidence.
• Organization: My time in the Polytechnic system and military service taught me time management and clarity in note taking, skills that I pass on to my students.

• Étudiant à SUTD, une université centrée sur le design et les projets techniques, j’applique une méthode d’enseignement concrète et interactive :
• Approche par projet : J’aide l’élève à visualiser les concepts de physique ou de maths à travers des exemples réels (aéronautique, programmation, mécanique).
• Maîtrise des deux systèmes : Je peux expliquer un concept selon la méthode française de l’IFS ou selon la logique singapourienne (plus visuelle et axée sur la résolution de problèmes), selon ce qui résonne le mieux avec l'élève.
• Adaptabilité : De l’éveil scientifique en primaire (Primary 5/CM2) jusqu’à la rigueur des spécialités de Terminale, j’adapte mon rythme pour lever les blocages et redonner confiance.
• Organisation : Mon passage par le système Polytechnic et le service militaire m’a appris la gestion du temps et la clarté dans la prise de notes, des compétences que je transmets à mes élèves.
