These levels reward a tutor's experience with Axiom Academic: the hours of lessons given and the families' reviews. Axiom Certified from 50 hours and 1 review, Axiom Senior from 100 hours and 2 reviews, Axiom Master from 200 hours and 3 reviews. The level shows on the tutor's profile.

Yes. Your advisor selects one or more tutors suited to your child (subject, curriculum, level, location) and sends you their detailed profiles. You make the choice, with the "I choose this teacher" button. If the tutor is not the right fit during the first lesson, our guarantee applies: your advisor offers you another tutor or refunds the first lesson. Read more in the Help Center →

The first lesson is paid online, before it takes place: it is a single lesson, with no commitment. The tutor gets to know the student and assesses their needs. After the lesson, you receive the email "How did the first lesson go?" to share your feedback and say whether you want to continue. Our guarantee: satisfied or refunded on the first lesson. No, there is no minimum commitment. You are free to book a single lesson or set up regular sessions according to your needs.

After each lesson, the tutor validates it and may write a report for your advisor, who reviews progress with you. After the first lesson, you share your feedback; after 4 lessons with the same tutor, you can rate them from your family space. Read more in the Help Center →

In your family space, Lessons tab: your upcoming lessons, in your time zone. The day before each lesson, you also receive a reminder email.

In the Requests tab of your family space, the "My students" card lists your children. You can add a student there, then request a new lesson for them from the same tab.

Rates depend on the student's level, the subject, and the tutor's profile. You will know the hourly rate before confirming the first lesson, no surprises.

Every payment is made on a secure payment page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: first the first lesson, then hour packs at a preferential rate or single hours, from the Payments tab of your space. Your advisor can also send you a payment link. Nothing is ever charged automatically. Read more in the Help Center →

Yes. All transactions are processed by Mamo (UAE) or Airwallex (other countries), a payment provider certified to international banking standards. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

In the Payments tab of your family space: your packs and their remaining hours, "My account" (credit or an amount to settle, with its history) and "My receipts". A receipt is not an invoice: if you need an invoice, write to your advisor. Read more in the Help Center →

Click your avatar, then Account settings: you can update your contact details, language, time zone and notifications there. To change your account email address, write to your advisor.
