Teaching methods

My methodology is based on the student's needs. The class is driven by the questions and expectations as expressed by the student. The work can be focused on the lessons to make it more explicit and allow the student to get a deeper understanding of the concepts. It can also be focused on solving exercises to get more practice and acquire a good command of the solving methods.
I consider methods (for learning/understanding lessons or for solving exercises) to be the utmost important aspect of studying if one wishes to succeed. So, I regularly provide advice and tips to my students so that they learn how to study and become more independent while achieving their potential. This also includes time management and techniques to increase study time and make it more efficient.
I expect and active participation from my students and ask them to prepare in advance each lessons so that they come with questions. This allows for a more custom-tailored lesson to the student's benefit.
