About
My career began as a Materials Scientist in Germany, where I was immersed in cutting-edge research and development of new materials. This role honed my technical expertise, analytical thinking, and ability to drive innovation from concept to application. I then transitioned to a Product Engineer role in India, where I collaborated closely with production and sales teams to develop and adapt products for diverse international markets, including the US, Germany, Portugal, China, India, Poland, and Italy. This experience sharpened my cross-functional collaboration skills and gave me a global perspective on product-market fit and strategic development.
Seeking to bridge technical innovation with consumer impact, I moved into the commercial side of business as a Senior Account Executive at Procter & Gamble Canada. There, I led the launch of new brands and drove sales growth across five major categories with top Canadian retailers. This role deepened my experience in brand building, customer relationship management, and data-driven sales strategy.
Currently, I serve as Director at ASRA Solutions, where I partner with companies as a strategic contractor. I provide tailored direction to accelerate sustainable growth and deliver hands-on training and leadership development to empower teams. My work focuses on helping organizations unlock their potential by aligning talent, strategy, and execution.
Across roles and industries, my journey has been guided by a passion for growth—of products, people, and businesses. With a unique blend of technical depth, commercial insight, and strategic leadership, I bring a holistic approach to solving complex challenges and delivering results that matter.

- *Some more details on my journey of gaining advanced teaching experience to help students across all backgrounds and proficiency in the above subjects:*
- Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of supporting students at various academic levels through one-on-one and group tutoring. My journey began in 2017 as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, where I provided academic guidance, led tutorials, and offered personalized support to undergraduate and postgraduate students. This experience deepened my passion for teaching and allowed me to understand how students learn best in different settings.
- In 2018, I expanded my reach as an independent tutor, working with American and Canadian college students across a range of subjects including math, physics, chemistry, and business. I’ve since developed a deep appreciation for tailored instruction, helping students improve not only their grades but their confidence and academic independence.
- Between 2021 and 2023, I worked with Varsity Tutors, where I gained valuable experience delivering virtual sessions and adapting my teaching style to suit students of diverse backgrounds and learning needs. Since 2022, I’ve also been part of Hack Your Course, a reputable tutoring organization, where I continue to mentor high school students and help them excel in their most challenging subjects.
- Throughout these roles, I’ve focused on making learning meaningful, engaging, and goal-oriented. Whether preparing for exams or building long-term academic habits, I strive to empower every student with clarity and confidence. My experience has taught me that with the right support, every student has the potential to succeed.
Teaching methods
My approach to tutoring is rooted in three core values: focus, discipline, and positivity—the very principles I use to help students thrive both academically and personally.
I believe that every student has the potential to succeed with the right mindset and guidance. Focus allows us to cut through distractions and stay aligned with our goals, whether it’s mastering a tough math concept, preparing for an exam, or building a strong academic foundation. In each session, I help students set clear intentions and work purposefully toward their targets.
Discipline plays an equally important role. With limited time and competing priorities, it’s vital to stay organized and make the most of every study opportunity. I coach students not just on what to learn, but how to learn—building study habits and time management skills that serve them far beyond our sessions.
Most importantly, I bring positivity into every lesson. Learning should be encouraging and empowering, not stressful or intimidating. I treat every challenge as an opportunity for growth, helping students shift their mindset from “I can’t” to “I will.” This positive energy makes learning more enjoyable, builds resilience, and inspires confidence.
My goal is not just to improve grades—but to ignite a love for learning and show students what they’re truly capable of when they believe in themselves.
With the right support, focus, and encouragement, I believe every student can rise to meet their potential—and enjoy the journey getting there.
