About
I am an Astrophysics PhD and a current Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the prestigious Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) in Lisbon. Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to teaching and tutoring Mathematics and Physics across an exceptionally broad spectrum—ranging from primary school pupils discovering foundational logic to university undergraduates tackling advanced theoretical physics.

Teaching methods
My way of teaching is simple and focuses on three main things:
1) Understanding, No Memorizing: I teach students why a formula works instead of just telling them to memorize it. When a student truly understands the concept, solving math and physics problems becomes much faster and easier.
2) Step-by-Step Learning: Complex questions can look scary. I break down big, difficult problems into small, easy steps. I always adjust my speed and language to match the student's age and level.
3) Confidence for Exams: For difficult school programs like the IB and A-Levels, I teach students how to manage their time, fix their own mistakes, and stay calm when facing hard exam questions.
