A teacher for 15 years in French and international schools, I enjoy teaching the French language and mathematics. I give private lessons to students between 4 and 15 years old, help with homework, prepare students for the brevet des collèges (French middle school diploma), and am familiar with the CNED method.
Students with special needs are welcome; adapted tools ensure their success.

Teaching methods
My philosophy: to pass on knowledge to the student by awakening their interest, through mutual listening, patience, and commitment.
My methodology: quality materials, mastery of the curriculum, structured progressions, and following the student's pace.

“Je tiens à recommander chaleureusement Sylvie Delen, qui a été la professeure de mathématiques et de physique de ma fille au cours de sa 3eme. Nous arrivions d’un autre pays et Rebeca devait s’adapter rapidement au système éducatif français en Espagne, ainsi que préparer son brevet. Sylvie a su, avec beaucoup de flexibilité et de compréhension, identifier ses besoins pédagogiques et l’accompagner pas à pas. Grâce à son écoute attentive, à sa méthode claire et à son soutien constant, elle a aidé Rebeca à combler ses lacunes et à renforcer sa confiance en elle. Le résultat a été remarquable : non seulement Rebeca a réussi son Brevet, mais elle a repris confiance en elle. Cet accomplissement est en grande partie dû à l’engagement, au professionnalisme et à la qualité d’enseignement de Sylvie. Nous regrettons sincèrement qu’elle n’ait pas pu continuer à l’accompagner en 2de. Je la recommande sans aucune réserve : elle saura faire progresser chacun de ses élèves.”
