Hello! My name is Roksana, and I am an experienced IB Biology teacher with a Master of Science in Biology, a teaching licence, and over seven years of teaching experience in international education.

I currently teach MYP Biology (Grades 9–10) and Middle School Science at Dresden International School in Germany. In addition to classroom teaching, I support DP Biology and Chemistry practical investigations (IA) by preparing laboratory equipment and guiding students in developing strong experimental and scientific thinking skills.

I am passionate about helping students understand Biology through inquiry, critical thinking, and real-world application rather than memorisation. My lessons are personalised, engaging, and adapted to each student's learning style and goals.

I work closely with Learning Support to create inclusive learning experiences and have designed Universal Design for Learning (UDL) resources recognised by my school as examples of effective practice. I also place a strong emphasis on the IB Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills, helping students become confident, independent learners.

I offer online tutoring in English, German, and Polish for IB MYP Biology, exam preparation, and scientific investigation skills. My goal is to help students build confidence, deepen their understanding, and achieve their full potential in Biology.
