I have over 5 years of experience teaching students of different ages and academic backgrounds, ranging from young children to university freshmen. I have supported primary school students across multiple subjects and guided high school students in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry, while also teaching foundational undergraduate Biology concepts.

I aim to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and learning from mistakes. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and interactive, allowing students to gradually become more independent and confident in solving challenging questions on their own. Beyond improving academic performance, I focus on helping students develop stronger learning habits, critical thinking skills, and long-term confidence in their abilities.

My teaching approach focuses on building both understanding and confidence. I begin by identifying the student’s weak areas and then design lessons that target those difficulties through explanation, discussion, and consistent practice. I maintain a gentle and patient teaching style, creating an environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. I often interact with students in a collaborative way, encouraging them to think through problems with me rather than simply memorising answers.

To ensure concepts are fully understood, I incorporate:

1. Large amounts of varied practice questions
2. Active recall and thought-provoking discussions
3. Fun memory aids and learning techniques
4. Step-by-step breakdowns of complex processes
5. Homework and revision exercises for reinforcement

My end goal is to help students become independent learners who are able to confidently solve unfamiliar and challenging questions on their own.
