• Hello, my name is Polytimos and I am an IGCSE, A-Level and IB Cat. 2 Business Management Teacher and Tutor.
• I have worked in various private schools that offer IB, IGCSE and A-Levels programs and tutored more than 50 students (almost all receive 6/7 IB grade & A/B Pearson Edexcel/Cambridge). I am based in Athens, Greece.

• *Teaching Methodology*
• Having studied and worked in multiple educational environments in the UK, Switzerland, Greece and Bulgaria, I have found that the combination of formal and non-formal education methods is the best teaching tool for international students of diverse educational backgrounds.
• In my lessons, I present the theory of IB Business Management HL & SL, IGCSE and A-Level Business (Pearson Edexcel & Cambridge) through lecturing, giving examples, short videos, mini exercises, IB and A-Level past papers as well as through ice-breaking and team bonding games, role-playing games, debate, and various projects (eg. IA or other business projects).
• This aims to provide students not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with practical expertise, and at the same time to allow them to develop a plethora of soft skills (communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills, team-working skills, time and stress management skills) for their educational and further professional background.

• Each lesson is tailor-made for the specific educational needs of each student (teaching, training, coaching, and career counseling skills are applied)
• The IB, IGCSE and A-Level students will be taught how to answer exam-style IB and A-Level Business Questions (structure, content, essay writing skills) through the use of multiple IB Paper 1, 2, 3 Past Papers and A-Level Paper 1, 2, 3, 4 Past Papers.
• In each lesson, students receive constructive feedback on how to improve their answers and understand how business questions are marked according to the IB and A-Level Exam Board.
• The IB students learn how to structure their IAs and Extended Essay step by step with concrete examples.
• Tips and Tricks are shared regarding time management and exam techniques
• Our revision lessons aim is to prepare our students so well that on the official day of the examination do their best without experiencing high levels of stress.
