Native British English Tutor, 30 years old, specializing in children with ADHD and dyslexia.
About
British national and full-time ESL teacher and private tutor with experience working with children of different ages and learning styles, including those who need more support with focus, confidence, or communication (ADHD, dyslexia, etc.)
I work one-on-one or with small groups of 1–2 children so I can give each child proper attention and tailor the learning to their individual needs. I have experience in teaching ages 3 to 16 years old. My approach focuses on building confidence alongside academic skills, creating a supportive and engaging environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. I adapt each lesson based on the child’s pace, interests, and learning style, using a mix of structured activities and creative methods to keep them motivated and involved.
I support students with reading, writing, phonics, spelling, and overall language development, while also helping them improve focus, communication, and independent learning habits. My goal is not just to improve academic performance, but to help each child feel more confident, capable, and positive about learning.

Teaching methods
My approach is a mix of structured learning and engaging activities, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming or boring for them. I also like to rely on the school’s own materials and curriculum so I can make sure the children are learning in line with what they’re covering in class and getting the right support at home.
