ESSEC Business School Student | Bac Mention Très Bien (17.61/20) | Mathematics, Social Economical Science, History and English Tutor
About
My name is Neil Souici. I grew up in France and am currently studying at ESSEC Business School in Singapore within a highly international and academically rigorous environment.
During high school, I regularly helped classmates with subjects such as mathematics, economics, and languages, which allowed me to develop strong communication skills and an appreciation for collaborative learning. Having studied in multicultural environments and interacted with students from diverse backgrounds, I understand the importance of adaptability, patience, and individualized support in helping students reach their full potential.
Beyond my studies, I have a strong interest in art, music, sport and culture, which allows me to approach learning with both creativity and curiosity. I enjoy connecting school subjects to broader real world ideas in order to make lessons more engaging and meaningful. My objective is not only to support students academically, but also to help them develop confidence and discipline.

Teaching experience
Throughout high school, I was often the person classmates turned to for help with understanding lessons, preparing for exams, and improving their methodology. I also gave paid tutoring lessons to primary school students in my neighborhood in France, which helped me develop responsibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills from an early age.
Teaching methods
I am comfortable tutoring students up to high school level and adapting lessons to different academic needs and learning styles. In order to provide efficient and well-structured sessions, I prepare lesson content and exercises in advance so that students can progress clearly and confidently.
Coming from a multicultural family that came to France before I was born, I quickly understood the importance of education and perseverance. This is one of the reasons why I genuinely enjoy helping students progress academically and gain confidence in their abilities.
Being a native French speaker, professionally fluent in English, and having elementary knowledge of German and Arabic, I am able to communicate easily in multicultural environments and adapt my teaching approach depending on each student’s needs. I consider versatility, patience, and organization to be essential qualities in creating lessons that are both rigorous and engaging.
