Graduated Engineering student with top math grades (30 +/30), clear step-by-step teaching approach
About
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Sciences, specializing in Mechatronics, from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in an English-taught program, with a strong academic background in mathematics, achieving 30+/30 in Mathematical Analysis 1 and 2. I have experience teaching math and English, and I specialize in explaining concepts in a clear, structured, and step-by-step way.
I work with middle school, high school, and international students, including IB-level mathematics. My goal is not only to help students solve problems, but to build deep understanding and confidence in the subject.
Teaching experience
I have experience teaching mathematics and English to students of different levels, including one-on-one tutoring. I have helped students improve their understanding, solve problems independently, and prepare for exams.
My strong academic background in engineering and mathematics allows me to explain even complex topics in a simple and intuitive way.
Teaching methods
My teaching approach is structured and adapted to each student’s level. I start by identifying gaps in understanding, then explain concepts clearly with simple examples before moving to more complex exercises.
I focus on step-by-step problem solving, making sure the student understands the logic behind each step. I also help with exam preparation, past papers, and study strategies to improve performance and confidence.
