Economics
With over 8 years of teaching experience and 10,000+ teaching hours, I have taught students from around the world across AP, IB (SL/HL), IGCSE, GCSE, Cambridge AS & A Level, Pearson Edexcel/IAL, AQA, OCR, and university-level Economics, covering both Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
Many students who previously struggled to understand concepts taught at school or university have found my lessons genuinely helpful, achieved strong test results, and gained greater confidence in the subject. Some students who initially started with just one lesson per week have progressed to four lessons per week, reflecting their satisfaction, improved understanding, and growing interest in Economics.
Teaching methods
My teaching style is interactive, student-focused, and concept-driven. I focus on making students understand the “why” behind a concept rather than simply memorising rules or formulas. I use real-life examples, graphs, visual explanations, questions, and digital whiteboards to make lessons engaging and easier to understand. I also encourage students to actively participate, explain their reasoning, and ask questions so that I can identify gaps in their understanding. I adapt my approach according to each student’s level, learning pace, and individual needs.
