My name is Kahina Ainine. I hold an MBA in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Investment Banking from Financia Business School, and I have solid experience in the field of finance. My professional background has allowed me to work in prestigious companies such as AXA XL, where I held the position of financial analyst for the global chief underwriting officer. My role involved analyzing financial statements, collaborating with teams to improve the accuracy of reports, and leading strategic projects to improve financial performance.

I also completed a scientific baccalauréat, which allowed me to develop a solid foundation in science and mathematics. I then pursued a bachelor's degree in CMI (Multidisciplinary Engineering Skills) with a specialization in Financial Engineering. This program allowed me to deepen my skills in mathematics while also covering other multidisciplinary subjects such as sociology, project management, and communication, which today allows me to teach a variety of subjects and adapt to different student profiles.

In addition to my academic and professional background, I have always been close to children. I supported my dyslexic younger sister throughout her schooling, which allowed me to develop great patience and to create methods tailored to specific needs. In addition, I worked as a babysitter from the age of 14 to 20 and helped several children with their homework, particularly at primary and secondary school level.
As my mother was a childminder, I grew up in an environment surrounded by children of all ages, which allowed me to understand the importance of adapting to each situation and each child.

Je m'appelle Kahina Ainine. Je suis diplômée d'un MBA en Corporate Finance, M&A, et Investment Banking de Financia Business School, et j'ai une solide expérience dans le domaine de la finance. En plus de mon parcours académique et professionnel, j'ai toujours été proche des enfants. J'ai suivi ma petite sœur dyslexique tout au long de sa scolarité, ce qui m'a permis d’acquérir une grande patience et de développer des méthodes adaptées à des besoins spécifiques. De plus, j’ai été babysitter de mes 14 à 20 ans et j’ai accompagné plusieurs enfants dans leurs devoirs, notamment en primaire et collège.
Ma mère étant assistante maternelle, j'ai grandi dans un environnement où j’étais entourée d'enfants de tous âges, ce qui m'a permis de comprendre l'importance de m’adapter à chaque situation et à chaque enfant.

For several years, I have been supporting my dyslexic younger sister in her studies, providing her with personalized support tailored to her specific needs. This role has allowed me to develop skills in differentiated teaching and in managing learning disorders.

2014-2020: During these years, I worked as a babysitter for several children, ranging from preschool to secondary school (collège). In addition to looking after their well-being, I was also responsible for helping with homework, particularly in subjects such as mathematics, French, and science.

Since March 2025, I have had the pleasure of supporting many students in Singapore, ranging from primary level to university. This experience has allowed me to broaden my teaching methods and adapt to a variety of learner profiles, while strengthening my pedagogical skills.

Depuis plusieurs années, je soutiens ma petite sœur dyslexique dans ses études, en lui fournissant un accompagnement personnalisé adapté à ses besoins spécifiques. Ce rôle m'a permis de développer des compétences en pédagogie différenciée et en gestion des troubles de l'apprentissage.

2014-2020 : Au cours de ces années, j'ai travaillé comme babysitter pour plusieurs enfants, allant de la maternelle au collège. I strive to adapt my teaching methods to the individual needs of each student. I assess their initial level and identify their strengths and difficulties in order to design tailored lessons. To do this, I use a progressive teaching method, where each lesson builds on the previous one. I make sure that students have a good grasp of the basics before moving on to more complex concepts, which ensures a solid and lasting understanding. I encourage participation and questions to make each session dynamic and engaging.

Having supported my dyslexic younger sister throughout her schooling, I have developed a strong ability to adapt my teaching methods to students' specific needs, particularly those with learning disorders. I make sure to offer personalized learning strategies, such as using visual aids or more concrete approaches to make concepts more accessible. J’évalue leur niveau initial et identifie leurs points forts et leurs difficultés pour concevoir des cours sur mesure. Pour cela, j'emploie une méthode d'enseignement progressive, où chaque leçon est construite sur la précédente. Je m'assure que les élèves maîtrisent bien les bases avant de passer à des concepts plus complexes, ce qui garantit une compréhension solide et durable. J'encourage la participation et les questions pour rendre chaque session dynamique et engageante.

Ayant suivi ma petite sœur dyslexique tout au long de sa scolarité, j'ai développé une grande capacité à adapter mes méthodes pédagogiques aux besoins spécifiques des élèves, en particulier ceux ayant des troubles de l'apprentissage.
