Experienced First-Class Cambridge graduate tutoring French and Spanish
About
Hi, I'm Joe, a First-Class graduate of the University of Cambridge with five years' experience tutoring French and Spanish. My students have gone on to get excellent results at all levels, and several have gained entry to prestigious universities such as Oxford and Cambridge. One of my recent tutees is now studying at Trinity College, Cambridge, for example, and another has improved her predicted grades from C in both French and Spanish to A in both languages with just a few months' tutoring.

Teaching experience
I have five years' tutoring experience in French and Spanish, with tens of students who have gone on to achieve academic success.
Teaching methods
I give lessons at all levels from primary school to A Level / Bac. I have lots of experience tutoring in the British schooling system (GCSEs, IGCSEs, A Levels), as well as to children and adults who want to improve their linguistic capabilities. My lessons are structured to ensure maximum academic success. This involves the explanation of key concepts (tenses, pronouns, useful vocabulary), going through past papers (reading, listening, speaking, etc.), and answering any specific concerns that a student has. My tutoring is tried and tested and has enabled academic success for numerous pupils, who have given excellent reviews.
As a tutor, I am calm, responsive, patient, and clear. I take the necessary time to explain each concept to the pupil, and ensure there is time for questions where appropriate. I allow the student to gain confidence in their subject through excelling academically. This is in all areas of exams, including reading, speaking, listening, writing, etc., and often starts showing in the students' results within just a few months.
