Individual Online Coaching

I work as a personal coach in addition to the player’s current club coach.

While a club coach must manage a group and build a team, I focus exclusively on the individual player, their development and their personal objectives.

Online coaching may include:

• Individual technical and tactical development.
• Match and video analysis.
• Positioning, movement and decision-making.
• Football intelligence and game understanding.
• Player-specific training exercises.
• Mobility and movement-related guidance.
• Mindset, motivation, confidence and discipline.
• Nutrition awareness and daily habits.
• Personalised action plans over nine months.
• Progress reviews and regular individual follow-up.
• Preparation for academy trials, club selection or higher-level football.
• Coaching adapted to the player’s age, position, level and objectives.

Sessions are delivered by videoconference in French or English.

If you are reading this ad, it is because you may notice a gap between your current level and the results you hope to achieve in football.
“To get a different result, you must agree to do things you have never done.” You must be open to changing the habits that hinder your progress.
You may have talent, but talent alone is not enough. If you want to develop your potential and get closer to a career in football, you must be ready to invest yourself fully, like a player who builds success through work, discipline, and sacrifices (Example: Mr. Cristiano Ronaldo). This may concern your nutrition, your motivation, your commitment, your consistency, your open-mindedness, your honesty, or even the performance of exercises you have never practiced before.

A COACH JUST FOR YOU:
I don’t promise you any miracles: I provide you with tools, a method, and guidance, but it is you who must do the work.
