I am a Physics and Chemistry teacher currently working in an international French school (AEFE network) in Cairo, with experience teaching both in-person and online.

With a background as a materials science engineer (Polytech Paris-Saclay) and previous experience in industry, I bring a rigorous and practical approach to scientific learning, helping students connect theory with real-world applications.

I have several years of experience supporting students from middle school to high school, including exam preparation (French curriculum) and personalized academic support. My teaching focuses on building strong understanding, developing effective study methods, and boosting students’ confidence.

I am particularly experienced in working with international students and adapting my teaching to different academic backgrounds and learning needs.

My goal is to help each student reach their full potential, whether they need support or are aiming for academic excellence.

Je suis professeur de physique et de chimie, actuellement en poste dans une école française internationale (réseau AEFE) au Caire, avec une expérience d’enseignement à la fois en présentiel et en ligne.

Issu d’une formation d’ingénieur en science des matériaux (Polytech Paris-Saclay) et fort d’une expérience préalable dans l’industrie, j’adopte une approche rigoureuse et concrète de l’apprentissage scientifique, aidant les élèves à faire le lien entre la théorie et ses applications dans le monde réel.

J’ai plusieurs années d’expérience dans l’accompagnement d’élèves du collège au lycée, notamment pour la préparation aux examens (programme français) et le soutien scolaire personnalisé. Mon enseignement vise à construire une compréhension solide, à développer des méthodes de travail efficaces et à renforcer la confiance des élèves.

Je suis particulièrement à l’aise avec les élèves internationaux et j’adapte mon enseignement à des parcours scolaires et des besoins d’apprentissage variés.

Mon objectif est d’aider chaque élève à atteindre son plein potentiel, qu’il ait besoin de soutien ou qu’il vise l’excellence académique.

Before becoming a teacher, I worked for 7 years as a Quality Engineer in an international technology company in France, which allows me to bring a strong scientific background and a practical perspective to my teaching.

Throughout my experience, I have developed the ability to adapt my teaching to different levels, curricula and student needs, particularly in international environments.

My teaching has been positively evaluated by my school leadership, highlighting my structured approach, strong student engagement and effective classroom management.

Je suis actuellement professeur de physique et de chimie dans une école française internationale (réseau AEFE) au Caire, où j’enseigne à des élèves de collège et de lycée.

Parallèlement, j’ai plusieurs années d’expérience en soutien scolaire, en ligne et en présentiel, en physique et en chimie, accompagnant des élèves du collège jusqu’à l’université. Je travaille avec des profils variés, allant d’élèves ayant besoin de soutien académique à ceux préparant des examens importants.

Avant de devenir enseignant, j’ai travaillé pendant 7 ans en tant qu’ingénieur qualité dans une entreprise technologique internationale en France, ce qui me permet d’apporter une solide base scientifique ainsi qu’une approche concrète à mon enseignement.

Au fil de mon expérience, j’ai développé une grande capacité d’adaptation à différents niveaux, programmes et besoins des élèves, en particulier dans des environnements internationaux.

Mon enseignement a été évalué positivement par la direction de mon établissement, mettant en avant mon approche structurée, mon fort engagement des élèves et ma gestion efficace de la classe.

• A typical lesson is organised in three steps:
• Review of key concepts and identification of difficulties
• Clear explanation of the lesson with examples and step-by-step reasoning
• Practice through targeted exercises and application to exam-style questions

I place strong emphasis on building deep understanding rather than memorisation, helping students develop scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills.

I also focus on improving study methods, organisation and confidence, especially for students facing difficulties.

My approach is patient, structured and supportive, allowing each student to progress at their own pace while aiming for strong academic results.
