I add to my teaching profile my particular experience gained with my students who have a neurodevelopmental disorder (during my years of expatriation in Egypt and in Dubai). This experience was invaluable for a better understanding of the disorder, for the continuous search for an innovative, flexible teaching approach adapted to each student. This experience strengthened my ability to feel what my students experience, to perceive, identify and anticipate their emotional and individual needs. I developed my creativity to adjust the expectations, pace, duration and materials of the lessons. With patience, support, clarity and precise instructions, I encouraged the active participation of my students while valuing their efforts to overcome their obstacles, and their progress in building their self-confidence. I have always been rewarded by their positive and constructive feedback regarding their optimal, and above all effective, academic learning.
The students I supported for the brevet exams all obtained distinctions, mostly with the highest honors.

J'ajoute à mon profil d'enseignante mon expérience particulière vécue auprès de mes élèves, ayant un trouble neuro-developpemental (durant mes années d'expatriation en Egypte et à Dubai). Cette expérience a été précieuse pour une meilleure compréhension du trouble, pour la recherche continuelle d'une approche pédagogique novatrice, flexible et adaptée à chacun. Cette expérience a renforcé ma capacité à ressentir ce que vivent mes élèves, à percevoir ,à identifier et à anticiper leurs besoins émotionnels et individuels. J'ai développé ma créativité pour ajuster les attentes, le rythme, la durée et les supports des leçons. Avec de la patience, du soutien , de la clarté et des consignes précises, j' ai encouragé la participation active de mes élèves tout en valorisant leurs efforts à surmonter leurs obstacles, leurs progrès à augmenter leur confiance en eux-mêmes. J'ai toujours été récompensée par leur retour positif et constructif, concernant leur apprentissage académique optimal et surtout efficace.
Les élèves accompagnés pour les épreuves du DNB ont tous eu des mentions, majoritairement très bien

Specific teaching approach adapted to each student, combined with a direct and active methodology to build on the student's existing knowledge and skills, improve their work organization and motivation for optimal development, not forgetting the excellent rapport with students of all ages.
