Dedicated multilingual student tutor and expert in languages, writing, and study skills
About
I’m a motivated French high school student fluent in five languages (English, French, Mandarin, Spanish, and Shanghainese) with a strong academic background and years of experience studying across cultures. I offer clear, patient, and engaging lessons focused on language learning, essay writing, and academic organization.
My goal is to make studying more enjoyable and effective by sharing personalized strategies and cultural insights that help students build confidence and improve results!
Teaching experience
I started tutoring by volunteering to help younger children with homework and school projects. Through this experience, I learned how to explain things simply and motivate students who struggle or lose focus easily.
I continue to help students in my community with languages, reading, and general study support, and I always enjoy seeing their confidence grow. My experience with different ages and subjects taught me how to make learning encouraging, flexible, and effective.
Teaching methods
My lessons are clear, structured, and adapted to each student’s level and pace. I focus on creating a calm, positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own rhythm.
For younger learners, I use interactive exercises, visuals, and short explanations to keep lessons engaging. For older students, I emphasize organization, understanding key concepts, and practical examples to build confidence and independence.
I have also kept all my learning resources from my early study years, which are complete and detailed they allow me to offer well-prepared, comprehensive lessons tailored to each student’s needs.
I’m very patient, encouraging, and always adapt my approach tdepending on the student’s personality and learning style ;)
