About

Teaching has always been more than a job for me — it’s something I genuinely love. For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping students grow, gain confidence, and discover that they are capable of much more than they think. Today, I teach French, Mathematics, English, and Philosophy to learners of all ages, adapting each lesson to their personality, rhythm, and goals.
I’m especially passionate about creating a supportive, reassuring environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. For me, the most rewarding moments are seeing a student finally understand something they once found impossible, or watching them regain confidence in a subject they used to fear.
Outside of teaching, I’m curious about everything related to learning: new teaching methods, digital tools, and the different ways people think and process information. I love discovering new cultures, reading, and anything that helps me better understand how we learn and communicate.
Patient, empathetic, and dedicated, I’m committed to helping each student progress at their own pace and—above all—enjoy the process.

Teaching experience

With over 15 years of comprehensive teaching experience across diverse educational settings, I currently provide personalized instruction in French, Mathematics, English, and Philosophy for learners of various levels. Since 2019, as an Independent Educational Consultant, I have designed and delivered French curricula for secondary students and taught at both college and university levels, developing innovative digital teaching materials and offering individualized support for learners of French as an additional language.

Previously, I served as Lead Trainer at E.Leclerc (2012–2019), where I managed a team of four educators and created training programs in French and English across international locations including France, Italy, and Slovenia. From 2009 to 2012, I also worked with Nuances Formation, teaching French language and culture while developing assessment tools to monitor student progress and collaborating to enhance pedagogical methodologies.

Teaching methods

I provide tutoring in French, English, and Mathematics for students at elementary, middle school, and high school levels, as well as learners preparing for key exams such as the Brevet and the Baccalauréat. I adapt my lessons to each student's needs—whether they require academic support, help with homework, skill reinforcement, or structured exam preparation.

My teaching approach combines clear explanations with practical exercises, using varied and engaging materials to support different learning styles. I focus on building strong foundations while encouraging active participation through interactive activities, real-life applications, and personalized feedback. Each session is designed to strengthen essential skills—reading, writing, speaking, listening, and problem-solving—while helping students gain confidence and autonomy.

As a tutor, I am patient, adaptable, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel supported, motivated, and comfortable progressing at their own pace.

Getting to know him

Interests

I'm passionate about cultural exchange and language learning—currently studying Thai, which gives me firsthand insight into the challenges my students face. I enjoy traveling and spending time between France and Thailand, which enriches my understanding of different cultures and teaching approaches. I'm also interested in educational technology and constantly explore new digital tools to enhance online learning experiences. Reading, discovering international cuisines, and engaging in cross-cultural conversations are activities I find both personally fulfilling and professionally enriching.

Favourite quote
“

La langue est la feuille de route d'une culture. Elle vous dit d'où viennent ses gens et où ils vont." - Rita Mae Brown(Translation: "Language is the roadmap of a culture. It tells you where its people come from and where they are going.")This quote resonates with me because teaching French is not just about grammar and vocabulary—it's about opening doors to understanding French culture, history, and ways of thinking. Every lesson is an opportunity to guide students on a journey of discovery.
